Photoshop and drawingtablet

Metang in my style pretty much looks like a regular Metang, except drawn with a less steady hand. Well alright, I've also added some highlights to its eyes and the claws are more curved now. -_-
A Pokémon like this would probably lend itself very well to be drawn using Photoshop's pen tool, but I can't get the wretched thing to work properly. And so I just ink by hand. I felt a little bit lazy, so that's why there isn't an actual background.
I wonder, could that Metang be about to use his signature move, Meteor Mash?

Metang, Chandelure, and Umbreon, these are my faves. and i grew up watching the original pokemon series as it began. i can safely say they never went out of style! lol this is simply bad ass! awesomeness!

Metang is one of the main characters (well second main character's (the rival)pokemon (starter was Beldum) and images like this help me in describing him without it sounding like he is a robot or rock lol

is he useing Meteor smash??
